About Us
Koteshwar Residency lodge was established in the year 2005. Koteshwar residency was established by Mr. Nilkanth Marathe. In 2005 it was started with just 10 rooms.
In 2008 5 more rooms were built taking into consideration market demand. In 2011 4 more rooms were built. So now it has 19 rooms in total with 10 Non-A/c & 9 A/C rooms.
